The following prices in Canadian Dollars apply to all our translation services. See notes below for extra information.
Certified translations for Immigration documents
- Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce Certificates are CAD 25.00 each
- Police clearance and driver’s licence, CAD 25.00 each
- Certification is CAD 25.00. One certification includes several documents so you only pay once.
- Other translations not listed above in this category carry a fee of CAD 0.15 per word

- Letter Translations – CAD 0.04
- Product Manuals and Catalogs – CAD 0.15
- Brochures and marketing – CAD 0.14
- Website Translation – CAD 0.15
- Software Translation – CAD 0.15
Minimum charges per order: - CAD 50.00
Special Notes:
- Up to 15% discounts on applicable orders.
- Discounts are generally given for larger projects and for projects involving on-going work
- A higher rate may be charged for more complex technical and legal texts
- A surcharge may be charged for urgency
- Minimum charge does not apply to Letter Translations
- We are happy to provide a quote for any specific job

Payment terms and conditions
Where credit is granted, strictly thirty days from date of invoice, only for regular customers. Online credit card and PayPal payment option available right on invoice.
New customers are required to pay 50% of the value of the invoice in advance before we start working on any order. Translations will be delivered upon receiving the remaining 50%. Advance payment requirement is waived after third order for new customers.
