How to get a translation quote?

  1. Fill out the Quote Form in our Get a Free Quote page. You can go directly to the quote page by clicking on the direct link in the top menu or by clicking  on any the yellow Get Quotes buttons you will find throughout the website.
  2. Make sure that your document is in .doc format, other formats are not accepted by the system.
  3. Upload your document and click the send button.
  4. Allow for a maximum of 24 hours to receive your free quote.
  5. Make sure you complete all the required in the quote form. Your contact information is required to process any requests.

I got my free quote, now how do I request my translation?

Just reply to the quote email that TSC sent you to confirm your request. TSC offers a fast and reliable translation service. You will receive your translation in word format as an attachment once payment is received.

How do I pay for the translation?

If you are a new customer you will need to make a deposit of 50% of the amount in the quote you received for us to start working on your translation. The remaining 50 % will be paid upon delivery of the final translation. This is necessary as we start to develop trust in our professional relationship with new customers. After your third request for our services the deposit requirement will be waived as you will be considered a “trusted customer”. For more importation go to out Pricing and Payment page.

To pay for our services, whether it the deposit or the total amount of the quote simply click on the “Pay Now” button at the bottom of the quote or invoice email. Please be aware that although it is not required as a new customer you can voluntarily pay the full amount of your quote. This does not guarantee a faster service but it does show your willingness to be considered a trusted customer.

Is it safe to make payments online?

TSC uses Paypal to process all payments. Paypal is a recognized international service that guarantess that all transactions are secure. You have the option of paying directly with your credit card or registering with Paypal for future payments.
